Bay Cove’s Boston based crisis services are operated through a subcontract and in partnership with Boston Medical Center and are an integral component of BMC’s operation of the Boston Community Behavioral Health Center.

Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles. Service and maintain weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.

Ensure the safety of PHS students while providing compassionate, therapeutic support during all program activities.

Provide behavioral health assessment and ongoing individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adult, adolescent, and child patients in a clinic site, outreach sites, including DTA motels.

Conducts patient observation and rounds according to defined policy and procedure. Observes and monitors patient’s progress and reports observations to appropriate staff.
