Workhunters compared with other job search tools

A few of these tools submit applications for you. Most stop at filling in the form. Each page below covers one of them: what it does, what Workhunters does, and the parts it does better than us.

Where our listings come from

Every job here comes from a company’s own careers page, or the hiring system behind it, like Workday or Greenhouse. Your application goes to that employer directly, so it does not route through a job board and no agency ends up holding your details. Recruitment agencies we spot are kept out of the index.

What we do with your resume

Two options, and it is a switch in your profile. Turn on Always send this resume and employers get your exact file, with only the contact email changed to your Workhunters address so replies come back to you. Leave it off and we write one for each job: the summary and skills are matched to the role, while your work history, dates and education stay word for word as you entered them. We do not let a model rewrite your employment history.
