Do all plans include all features?

Yes. Every plan (including Free) includes AI job matching, automated submissions, credential management, application tracking, and CSV export. The only difference between plans is the number of automated applications per month.

Do I pay for recommended jobs I do not apply to?

No. AI recommendations are free, and queueing a job costs nothing either. A credit is only spent when our agent actually starts applying on your behalf, and it is refunded automatically if the attempt fails. Dismissing a recommendation costs nothing.

Can I stack credit packs with a monthly plan?

Yes. Credit packs are additive: they top up your monthly quota and never expire. They are useful for active job seekers who need a burst of applications beyond their monthly limit.

What happens if an application fails?

Accepted Answer

If our agent attempts an application but cannot complete it, the application is marked failed and 1 credit is automatically refunded to your account.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
