The Operator Maintenance Technician (OMT) is responsible for safely, reliably, and efficiently operating boilers, auxiliary equipment, and multiple chilled water processes.

Make paster patterns and operate paster controls to load pasters and operate splicing sequence. Spot plates according to job press order, mount plates involving reaching in and mounting plates into the slot lockup accurately.

Install specialty fence, gate, and perimeter systems on commercial and industrial job sites. Read site plans and build to project specifications. Support layout, installation, adjustment, and finish work across multiple project types.

Operate and maintain all wells and equipment on assigned route. Ensure operations are conducted safely and comply with regulatory agencies' rules and regulations.
