UW Medical Center-Northwest - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has an outstanding opportunity for a Night Shift Registered Nurse.

Identifies, assesses and diagnoses problems through patient assessment and interactions; and evaluates actual or potential patient health problems. Assesses, plans and implements interventions for solving patient care problems.

Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested. Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary.

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in compliance with scope of practice. Responsible and accountable for patient outcomes.

Provides comfort, reassurance, and compassionate nursing care while supporting patients' rights to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Performs thorough pre-operative patient assessments in an outpatient setting.
